Charles Marr, expecting his license in 2008, has been involved in a variety of projects, ranging from multi and single-family residential, to commercial, commercial mixed-use, and master-planning communities.  Thus, he has gained a thorough understanding of the planning and entitlements process.

Intimately involved with the transformation of downtown Ventura, California, Charles helped design key properties for a private developer interested in revitalizing the “downtown core.”  Due to the significant amount of under and un-utilized land in and around the downtown, urban infill became the primary means of revitalization.
